SMOOTHLIPO™ - What You Can Expect

SmoothLipo™ is a safe comfortable procedure providing long-lasting results. At the time of your procedure, your physician will mark the areas to be treated and have you lie on a table. Following administration of some local anesthesia, they will make a tiny incision through which they will work.

A small metal tube, called a “cannula”, will be inserted into the incision. Then it will be used to deliver the laser energy that will assist in heating subcutaneous fat. Finally, your physician will use suction to remove all liquefied fat and saline. All this is done with minimal discomfort to you.

SmoothLipo is a procedure similar to liposuction, except:

Less invasive than traditional liposuction
